The AOSA Executive Committee has had three meetings other than today’s Annual General Meeting, and as secretary I have kept minutes of what has been discussed. However, I would like to put on record the dedication that your committee has shown this year and in the past. It is not a particularly onerous job but it does take commitment and enthusiasm to keep the show on the road.

Your Committee works well and happily to keep the Association ongoing. The fact that so many of us are here today is a tribute to their dedication and to that of all members who have in the past taken office and given of their time for the good of us all. But it is also a tribute to Ayton School where friendships were formed which have lasted over the years and the desire to come back, not to the school any longer, but to the area where we all spent so much of our youth, to enjoy a weekend with those of a like mind.
