According to John Readman, CHRISTOPHER HILTON (1990-96) graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (Communications) – top in his year, from Edinburgh University (in, I think, 1999 - Ed.) John also sent further details of OS gleaned from his mammoth trip: -‘TOMMY YU (1991-94) was at Northumbria University (January 2000) and had a placement doing surveying. KENNY CHOW (1991-94) was finishing an IT course at Gateshead College. EDWARD CHOW (his brother ?) had completed a maths’ course at Newcastle and was looking for a job in Hong Kong. In July 2000, Roy Openshaw attended the wedding of HENRY BOOKEY (1991-93) to Teresa Cannavina. Brothers BENJAMIN (1991-92) and LIAM and schoolfriends CRAIG (1991-92) and JAMIE ELLIS (1991-93) were among the guests. According to Roy: ‘Ben Bookey is still working in Germany for a satellite mapping company, Liam is now looking for a job in computer programming, and Henry and Teresa are living in Stirling while Henry finishes his PhD, Teresa is working in Stirling.’? |
